A stock of school accessories for 25 students with less economic needs in Saliyawewa area were distributed by the Centre for Army Vocational Training (CAVT) at Saliyawewa, Kalaoya on Tuesday (29) on account of the CAVT’s 2nd anniversary.
Brigadier Wasantha Kumarapperuma, Commandant, CAVT distributed a stock of school accessories he received from overseas friends among 25 selected students in Saliyawewa area.
Brigadier Wasantha Kumarapperuma, Commandant, CAVT, Lieutenant Colonel Sashika Perera, Commanding Officer, CAVT, Officers, Other Ranks and parents of the beneficiaries took part in the event.
