A Bodhi Pooja programme was organized by the troops of the 1 Sri Lanka Signal Corps (1 SLSC) of the Security Forces - Mullaittivu (SF-MLT) on the instructions of Major General P.U.S Vithanage, Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu (SF-MLT) on Bak Full Moon Poya Day (21) at the Muladeepa Viharaya to transfer merit on fallen War Heroes and invoke blessings on serving troops.
Ven Ranawana Damminna Thero, Chief Incumbent, Ethawetunuweva Rajamaha Viharaya delivered a Dhamma sermon during the Bodhi Pooja programme.
Major General P.U.S Vithanage, senior officers, officers, other ranks of the SF-MLT and their family members participated in the event.
