Bodhi Pooja Pinkama Held on Poya Day

A Bodhi Pooja programme was organized by the troops of the 7 Sri Lanka Army Ordnance Corps (7 SLAOC) of the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on the instructions of Major General P.U.S Vithanage, Commander, SFHQ-MLT on Ill Full Moon Poya Day (25) to transfer merit on fallen War Heroes and invoke blessings on Army personnel serving under the SFHQ-MLT at the Muladeepa Viharaya. 

Ven. Polonnaruwe Tilakalankara Thero, the Chief Sanghanayake of North and Eastern Provinces, delivered a Dhamma sermon during the Bodhi Pooja programme. 

Major General P.U.S Vithanage, together with Brigadier N.M Hettiarachchi, Brigadier General Staff, SFHQ-MLT, senior officers and Army personnel of the SFHQ-MLT participated in the event.
