Army Troops Provide Assistance to Religious Ceremony

Kandaladi Badrakali Amman Kovil Hindu temple conducted its annual festival for a period of one week at its temple premises recently.

Lunch packets and drinking water were provided to the devotees who participated in the Kovil festival by 233 Brigade under the directions of Colonel J.M.C Jayaweera, Commander, 233 Brigade.

All ranks of the 233 Brigade were blessed on the occasion according to Hindu rituals.

Thousands of devotees together with Army personnel attended the events.
