Army goes on rampage again marking their third successive victory in the Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) organized Premier League Cricket Tournament at Panadura Sports Grounds when they beat Panadura SC by 6 wickets last weekend (4 – 6). Army leads the points table of B division Cricket this year with 46.825 points to its credit.
Gunner Jayatissa collected a match bag of 10 wickets with an 8 wicket stint in the second innings in the Army’s winning run while Lance Corporal Prasanna Sekkuge captured 5 wickets in the first innings. Gunner Zoysa (73) and Gunner Jayatissa (48) strengthened the Army’s batting power.
