125 students of Periyathampanai Maha Vidyalaya in 613 Brigade area received a large stock of school books and other essential items free of charge from 61 Division recently (12).
The event took place at Periyathampanai Maha Vidyalaya with the participation of Brigadier A. Kariyakarawana General Officer Commanding 61 Division, Brigade Commander 613 Brigade, Civil Affairs Officer, Senior Army officers, Zonal Additional Director of Education Madhu and a gathering of parents and well-wishers.
