Army Cricketers Beat Port Authority SC Team

Sri Lanka Army SC Cricket team beat the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) Cricket team by 4 wickets in the second match of the first round of the Premier Cricket League (Limited Over) match held at the Panagoda Army ground on Saturday (18).

Batting first, the SLPA players collected 112 runs for all out in 28.3 overs and Army cricketers in reply scored 113 runs for 6 wickets.

During the match, Warrant Officer I Seekkuge Prasanna showed his usual talents in a resounding manner by taking 7 wickets for 27 runs.

Private H. S Liyanage scored 41 runs (not out) while Lance Bombardier A.G.V.L Madushan made a score of 23 runs (not out).
