Troops of 652 and 653 Brigades of 65 Division under the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi participated in community-oriented projects on Sunday (23).
Troops of 7 Sri Lanka National Guard of the 652 Brigade conducted a ‘Shramadana’ campaign to clean the Pullayarhindu temple at Akkarayankulam and troops of the 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry of the 653 Brigade organized a ‘Shramadana’ to clean the Vannivilankulam School. More than 2 officers and 53 Army troops and civilians participated in both above projects.
Both ‘Shramadana’ campaigns were organized as per directions of the Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General Ralph Nugera and under the supervision of Major General Wasantha Kumarapperuma, General Officer Commanding - 65 Division.trace affiliate link | Nike Shoes
