64 Division Troops Help Clean Oddusudan Hospital Premises with Hospital Staff

64 Division troops serving under the Security Force Headquarters - Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) in collaboration with the staff at Oddusudan Government Hospital recently carried out a ‘Shramadana’, self-help project to clean the hospital premises.

A large number of soldiers of the 64 Division joined hands together with medical officers and hospital’s minor staff during the project.

One Officer and 50 Other Rankers of the Army together with staff members of the hospital piled up garbage and cleaned the entire premises within a matter of few hours.

This friendly move was initiated by the General Officer Commanding, 64 Division, Brigadier Jayanath Jayaweera in close cooperation with hospital authorities.

The project received the blessings of Major General Dushyantha Rajaguru, Commander, Security Forces - MLT.
