More than 100 Officers of Forward Maintenance Area - Mullaittivu, 59, 64 & 68 Divisions of the Security Force Headquarters-Mullaittivu (SFHQ-MLT) on Wednesday (22) assembled at the 64 Division Headquarters in Oddusudan and listened to a veteran in the field of administration cum management.
The invitation to Professor M. Thilakasiri, former Director General of the Sri Lanka Institute of Administration Development and Senior Management Instructor was extended by the General Officer Commanding (GOC), 64 Division, Brigadier Jayanath Jayaweera with the blessings of Major General Dushyantha Rajaguru, Commander, Security Forces - Mullaittivu (SF-MLT).
The lecture that coincided with the ‘Wednesday Training Day’ programme focused on the theme, ‘The Pedestal of Strategic Leadership - Building Trust’ and ensuing discussion sessions interacted with the audience who raised questions pertaining to the subject.
The Guest Speaker was welcomed by the Commander, 641 Brigade, Colonel H.M.L.D Herath on behalf of the Commander, SF- MLT.
