The newly-appointed Commander 62l Brigade, Colonel R.A.D.S. S Ranaweera, assumed office as the 6th Commander of the 621 Brigade on Wednesday (19) amid religious observances and military formalities at the Headquarters, 621 Brigade in Welioya.
The new Brigade Commander was greeted to a Guard Turnout at the entrance of the Brigade Headquarters on arrival. Later on he placed his signature in a formal document amid blessings and religious observances.
