The outgoing General Officer Commanding (GOC), 59 Division, Major General Ruwan Wanigasooriya was presented a Guard Turnout and a formal Guard of Honour at the 59 Divisional Headquarters in Nandikadal on Thursday (11).
An all rank tea and a troops address to the outgoing GOC marked the event.
