57 Division Troops Educated on STDs

Troops of the 57 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) received a comprehensive knowledge on ‘Venereal Diseases, Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs), Sexual Hygiene and Behaviour’ during a lecture, conducted by the Dr Ms Venuri Fernando of Kilinochchi District Hospital.

The lecture held at the facility complex of the Headquarters 57 Division on Wednesday (1) was attended by a large gathering of about 200 all ranks.

In response to a request made by the General Officer Commanding, 57 Division, Major General Vijitha Ravipriya, Dr Ms Venuri Fernando delivered those lectures.
