Troops of the 22 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - East (SFHQ-E) with the intention of providing an understanding about religious and cultural values of Sri Lanka, inmates at Sri Revatha Children’s Development Centre in Tincomalee were taken on an educational tour to Anuradhapura on Sunday (19).
The Educational tour was launched in response to a request, made by the Chief Matron at Revatha Children's Development Center to the General Officer Commanding (GOC), 22 Division, Major General Aruna Jayasekara. 22 Division troops provided meals, refreshments, transport facilities and all other essential requirements during the tour.
The students got the opportunity to visit Sri Maha Bodhiya, Ruwanweli Mahaseya, Jethawanaramaya, Lovamahapaya, Mirisawetiya, Thuparamaya, Twin Ponds, Lankaramaya, Abhayagiriya, Samadhi Buddha Statue and Isurumuniya during the tour to Anuradhapura. 30 students and 4 Matrons joined this educational tour. best Running shoes | adidas Yeezy Boost 350
