16 Colonels Promoted to Brigadier Rank

HE the President Maithripala Sirisena, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces has promoted sixteen Senior Colonels of the Army to the rank of temporary Brigadier states a communiqué issued by the Military Secretariat on Friday (8) evening.
