To coincide with the national tree planting drive,’Wanaropa’, 14 Division troops in keeping with the Army-initiated ‘Ranaviru Haritha Arana’ launched their tree planting projects in all units under the Division on Saturday (27).
Accordingly, 143 Bridge troops,16 Gajaba Regiment and 1 Sri Lanka National Guard troops planted Naa, Rambutan, Durian, Mahogany, Jack, Mangoes, Kumbuk,Teak, Ebony, Cashew, Pawatta, Orange, Pomegranate, Coconut, seedlings in their respective premises in the 14 Division on the instructions of Major General Ralph Nugera, General Officer Commanding, 14 Division.
