To coincide with the 14th anniversary of the Ranaviru Welfare Association, Lunama, Hambanthota, a blood donation programme, took place at its premises on Wednesday (03).
The campaign was held in order to invoke blessings on fallen and disable war heroes as well as their relatives.
A total of 23 Army soldiers serving in the 122 Brigade and 10 (Volunteer) Engineer Service Regiment under the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) donated their blood during the event.
