12 Div Starts New Year with State Service Oath

Troops in the 12 Division under the Security Force Headquarters - Central (SFHQ-C) began their work for the New Year after a formal ceremony, conducted at its Division Headquarters premises on Monday (2).

The ceremony started after hoisting of National and Army flags.

During the programme, the state service oath was delivered by Major S. D. J. C Semasinghe of Sri Lanka National Guard to all ranks, gathered there.

At the end of the day’s event, an all rank tea table enabled easy interaction with one another for all of them.

Major General R. A Nugera, General Officer Commanding, 12 Division together with senior officers, officers and other ranks attended the day’s programme.
