Major General D.S.N.K Senadeera, General Officer Commanding, 11 Division on account of the New Year on Tuesday (19) visited the Army ward in the Kandy General Hospital in order to inquire into the well-being of the soldiers under treatment.
During the hospital visit, Major General Senadeera spoke to each and every soldier under treatment and gave gift packets to each of them as gestures of goodwill in the New Year.
The Officer Commanding for the Army ward welcomed the Divisional Commander on arrival at the premises and took him around.
