'Abimansala' to be Equipped With LCD TVs

Permanently disable War Heroes to be housed at the state of the art centre for rest and recreation, ‘Abimansala’ at Anuradhapura, now on the verge of opening, are to receive the best of modern technology as the  centre is to be equipped with LCD TVs following generous gestures of broad-hearted people.

Mr. Rohan Fernando, Chairman Rodesha Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd and Rodesha  International (Pvt) Ltd, highly taken up by the ‘Abimansala’ project and its speedy construction for the benefit of our disable War Heroes, recently met the Commander of the Army Lieutenant General Jagath Jayasuriya at Army Headquarters and donated six 32” LCD TV sets to be installed at ‘Abimansala’. Mr. Fernando’s business associate and Managing Director, Rex Foods Malaysia Mr. Kenny Goh was also associated with the occasion.
 
The Commander acknowledging the donation thanked Mr. Fernando for his thoughtfulness on permanently dependent War Heroes and told the donor that several more such projects would be a reality soon at provincial level.
