  • Army Donates a New House to a Disable Widow With Five Children

     
    Army troops serving at Ariyalai donated a newly constructed house to Mrs. Sivakumar Ranjithamalar, a disable widow mother with five children of Anantha Vadil road, Ariyalai who was living in a shanty-type small hut. Civil Affairs Office of 512 Brigade on hearing her miserable life in the temporary house with five children whose father has died off a heart attack some time back has made arrangements to construct a permanent house for the family.

  • 213 Brigade Organizes Mammoth Donation of Medical Accessories & Essentials

  • 54 Division Carries Out Dengue Eradication Work

    In order to help nab the spread of Dengue epidemic in the holy Madu Shrine area and other Mannar suburbs, the 54 Division recently conducted a full-day cleaning campaign with the participation of several hundreds of troops.
