A group of officers and other ranks, who followed an Unarmed Combat Training Course, organized by the Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) passed out on Thursday (16) during a brief ceremony at Vedithalathiv Commando Training School.
Conduct of the course on a suggestion, made by Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, SFHQ-KLN was pursued by the 2 Commando Regiment. All the participants were selected from Divisions, Brigades and Units serving the SFHQ-KLN.
The passing out parade was coloured by a display of physical drills and combat feats in the training received.
Major General Udaya Perera, Commander, SFHQ-KLN, Brigadiers, General Officers Commanding, Brigade Commanders, Unit Commanders and senior officers attended the occasion.
