A 9 Road Fully Opened for 24 Hr Travel

RESTRICTIONS hitherto remained for travel at night along A 9 Jaffna-Kandy road have been removed, effective from today (6).

Accordingly, all A 9 road users can travel freely both day and night without any restrictions as it is the practice elsewhere in the island.
